Refund Policy

3. However, if a customer claims a refund within 30 days of order delivery, we are bound to refund 100% of the payment, excluding the transaction cost (if any).
4. The refund is applicable if our team fails to fulfill the customer’s requirements properly.
5. In order to get a refund, you will have to attach the paid invoice.
6. You will also be required to clearly explain the reason for the refund with your claim request.
