11. Outstanding Invoices

12. Refund Policy
We do not require advance payment for any standard orders. Payment is due only after job is completed, delivered and approved by the customer. As payment is made after the successful completion of any order, refunds are not needed.
13. Delivery Commitment
We are committed to deliver all orders within the agreed turnaround time. In case of any unusual delay without your concern, we may offer an appropriate service credit or discount upon mutual discussion.
14. Customer Account

15. File Storage
Completed files are normally stored on our servers for up to three (3) months from the delivery date. After this period, files may be permanently deleted without further notice. Customers are encouraged to download and keep their own backups.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including firewall protection and antivirus systems to safeguard your data. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
17. Termination
